The circus has left town ... .permanently!
With those words was in August 2010 said goodbye to everyone and everything. Rarely will a band in the Dutch blues scene have brought as Big Blind, and just as often it will fall apart as many have detached as in the case of the Noordwijk musicians. Much cause within a short time Sometimes we got them sometimes against something but it soon became clear that the long-awaited third album really would never appear. However great was the surprise that The Dynamite Blues Band, you would be called a continuation of the aforementioned band, in the studio was spotted and see here: Shakedown & Boogie, the first official feat was presented this week.

In The Dynamite Blues Band we recognize Niels Duindam drummer, guitarist JJ van Duijn, who will be soon published an interview here and singer / blues harpist Wesley van Werkhoven. Bassist Renzo van Leeuwen and Van Werkhoven always wanted to do something together musically so it had to be now, but tried. Thirteen tracks were included in the Amsterdam IJland Studios and all thirteen were written by the band itself. Although there are several musical trips are made with the other band sounds in this composition responded remarkably well together and it seems very likely that the 'time-out' has been good. What is called, from the opener "Howlin '" until the closing title track, we hear the furious blues harp sounds and often so vitriolic, caustic gutting Van Werkhoven which we had missed for so long.

Lovely also to hear JJ come off, in the best tradition Jimmie Vaughan as in "Anna Lee", generously interspersing with smooth and sharp guitar licks, while Duindam and Van Leeuwen boogie kneiter hard and super-tight drop. Duijn With "Boom Boom Boom" it all seems reasonable but under control in "Speed Freak" we hear a bunch of young unleashed dogs that were trapped for too long. Imminent titles like "TNT" and "Dynamizer" a smooth instrumental with Van Werkhoven fashioned stride, fired on the listener. Only at the ominous "Black Magic" is a moment to gasp for breath. However, it does not take long for during "Shakedown & Boogie" should still all out.

Also notable is the sophisticated sound mix in which the authentic style and vile and sometimes sleazy character so beautifully remain. Wondering if there are serious radio stations which, right now there is a favorable climate seems to be roots-oriented artists like Seasick Steve, Jack White and Black Keys, not afraid to burn here. The hands of Flammable? To right dead! Shakedown & Boogie appears to contain. Highly explosive material

Blue loving Netherlands has at least get a very nice live band in which we will find it everywhere and now but hell hope this band can last more than two albums. Anyway, Shakedown & Boogie will go down in history as one of the most exciting albums of Dutch in 2014.
